1. How do we handle my contact information which I enter during the purchasing process?
Contact details of all customers along with choices and delivery date entered at the Delivery Information Form at the time of order placing is securely stored in our merchant server database. The printouts containing such informations are securely kept for record keeping purpose.
2. For what purpose will my contact information be used?
Customer's details will be used for the following purpose:
a. Market Analysis
Information such as choice of flowers/gifts ordered by customers and the country of sender and receiver are used to identify the market that needs our service. All the information and the result of analysis are solely for internal use and kept confidential.
b. Channel for Communicating Purchase and Delivery Status
Email Id given by senders will be used as the communication channel to update regarding purchase status such as confirmation of purchase by forwarding receipt to customer and to update the delivery status to customer once the order has been fulfilled.
c. Product and Services Update
Sender and recipient email address can be further used to give information related to new products, services, special deals, promotions etc.
d. Festivals and other promotions:
Sender and recipient's email address will be used for forwarding festive offers, deals and other promotions.
3. Do we collect and store my credit card information
During the purchase process through credit card you are required to enter the credit card detail directly into the form posted by the credit card payment gateway. Therefore, all your credit card information are carefully collected and secured by the credit card payment gateway itself. Hence, we do not get any idea about your credit card details.
